Developing Leaders for a Just Church
JCC is the signature training program that started it all for P2P. This cohort is perfect for men and women who are discerning a call to church planting and are preparing to be the lead church planter/pastor. This is also a great learning experience for key influencers in a church plant team or ministers who want to work in and through their community with a justice lens and deep biblical understanding of justice.
This cohort becomes a safe space for BIPOC and select Allies to learn from global majority voices about developing a holistic, justice-oriented philosophy of ministry for church planting or for church redirection. The cohort meets online and runs for from February to June.
