Decolonizing Our Sacred Traditions Gathering 

Join religious scholars, pastors, theologians, ministry leaders, and community practitioners for two days of meaningful dialogue, theological reflection, and collaborative learning in the historic city of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Decolonizing Our Sacred Traditions invites participants to explore how colonial histories have shaped Christian theology, worship, leadership, and ministry practices throughout the Americas and beyond. Together, we will engage diverse voices and perspectives that challenge us to reimagine faithful witness rooted in justice, dignity, and the lived experiences of our communities.

Convened by Rev. Dr. Sam Cruz and Rev. Dr. Gerardo de Jesús, this gathering will feature keynote conversations, panel discussions, collaborative workshops, and opportunities for networking among scholars and ministry leaders committed to advancing theological education and public engagement.
